石墨烯改性熔喷聚丙烯非织造材料制备及其吸附性能

摘要:以甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)为单体,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,对 GO 进行功能化,将功能化氧
化石墨烯(GO)接枝到熔喷聚丙烯非织造材料(MBPP)表面,然后将氧化石墨烯还原,制得石墨烯改性熔喷
聚丙烯非织造材料(RGO-MBPP)。通过 FTIR、Raman 和 SEM 表征了 RGO-MBPP 的结构,并考察了 RGO-MBPP
的饱和吸油率、保油率和重复使用率。结果表明:石墨烯附着在 MBPP 纤维表面;MBPP 的饱和吸油率为 29.65
g/g,当氧化石墨烯的质量浓度为 1.0 g/L、BMA 用量为 3 mL 时,得到 RGO-MBPP 饱和吸油率可达 34.66 g/g。
RGO-MBPP 使用 5 次的饱和吸油率分别为 34.39、34.10、34.73、35.29、31.72 g/g,表明 RGO-MBPP 重复使用
4 次后仍具有良好的吸附性能。

Preparation of Graphene Modified Melt-blown Polypropylene
Nonwovens and Their Adsorption Properties

Abstract: Graphene oxide (GO) was grafted on the surface of melt-blown polypropylene non-woven
material (MBPP) by using butyl methacrylate (BMA) as monomer, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator,
followed by reduction of graphene oxide, finally, a series of graphene modified melt-blown polypropylene
nonwoven materials (RGO-MBPP) were obtained. The morphology and structure of RGO-MBPP were
characterized by FTIR, Raman and SEM. The saturation absorption rate, oil retention rate and repetition
rate of RGO-MBPP were investigated. The results showed that graphene was attached to the surface of
MBPP fiber. When the mass concentration of graphene oxide was 1.0 g/L and the amount of BMA was
3 mL, the saturation oil absorption rate of the prepared RGO-MBPP could reach 34.66 g/g, higher than that
of MBPP (29.65 g/g). The saturated oil absorption rate RGO-MBPP from the first to the fifth time was
34.39, 34.10, 34.73, 35.29 and 31.72 g/g, respectively, indicating that RGO-MBPP had an excellent
adsorption performance after being repeated use four times.

目前,有机物污染和油污染已经成为水体污染 低等优点,是一种广泛使用的吸油材料,基于熔喷
的主要来源,此类污染严重破坏生态环境,因此新 聚丙烯非织造材料的改性也成为研究热点之一 [1-4] 。
