对苯二甲酸二丁氧基乙酯增塑剂的合成及应用

摘要:以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和乙二醇丁醚(EB)为原料,采用酯交换一步合成法,制得含有醚键基团的对
苯二甲酸二丁氧基乙酯(DBETP)增塑剂,并通过优化得到最适宜的制备工艺为:n(EB)∶n(DMT)=6∶1,催
化剂 CaO 用量为 3.0%(以 DMT 质量为基准,下同),反应时间 3.0 h,反应温度 140℃。在该条件下,DBETP

收率达到 93.6%。采用 FTIR 和 HNMR 对产物结构进行了表征。将 DBETP 增塑的 PVC 试样(PVC-DBETP)
和对苯二甲酸二异辛酯增塑的 PVC 试样(PVC-DOTP)进行性能对比,结果表明,PVC-DBETP 热稳定性与
PVC-DOTP 基本相当;PVC-DBETP 在蒸馏水、食醋、白酒及无水乙醇中的抽出质量损失率与 PVC-DOTP 相比
分别升高了 0.6%、1.0%、2.1%及 0.3%,在大豆油中,则降低了 1.1%;PVC-DBETP 和 PVC-DOTP 的玻璃化转
变温度(T g )分别为 31.4 和 34.7 ℃;PVC-DBETP 与 PVC-DOTP 相比,拉伸强度提高了 5.05%,断裂伸长率
提高了 8.73%。

Abstract: A plasticizer containing ether bond, di(2-butoxy ethanol) terephthalate (DBETP), was synthesized
by one-step transesterification using dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and 2-butoxy ethanol (EB) as raw
materials. The optimum process conditions of synthesizing DBETP were obtained as follows: n(EB)∶
n(DMT)=6∶1, dosage of catalyst CaO 3.0% (based on the mass of DMT, the same below), reaction time
3.0 h, and reaction temperature 140℃. Under these conditions, the yield of DBETP reached 93.6%. The

product was characterized by FTIR and HNMR. Subsequently, DBETP was added to thermoplastic
polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and mechanical properties of the resulting sample (PVC-DBETP) and diiooctyl
terephthalate (DOTP) plasticized PVC (PVC-DOTP) were compared. The results showed that the thermal
stability of PVC-DBETP was basically similar to that of PVC-DOTP. The pull-out resistance of plasticized
PVC samples was performed in distilled water, vinegar, liquor and spirits, and ethyl alcohol. Compared
with that of PVC-DOTP, the mass loss rate of PVC-DBETP increased by 0.6%, 1.0%, 2.1% and 0.3%,
respectively. However, that decreased 1.1% in soybean oil. The glass transition temperature (T g) of
PVC-DBETP was 31.4 ℃, that of PVC-DOTP was 34.7 ℃. The tensile strength and elongation at break of
PVC-DBETP increased by 5.05% and 8.73% compared with that of PVC-DOTP.
