                    利用均匀设计法制备撕剥型干洗剂及性能分析

                 摘要:为开发环保无毒和无粉尘的便携干洗剂,选用聚乙烯醇(PVA)、水、乙醇、D-柠檬烯、硅胶和羧甲基纤
                 维素(CMC)采用控制变量法初步制备了撕剥型干洗剂。以 PVA、CMC、硅胶和 D-柠檬烯的质量分数为自变
                 量因素,去污效率为表征指标,取 4 因素 7 水平设计均匀实验。再以 SPSS 软件对结果进行回归分析得到数学
                 模型,以 MATLAB 软件对模型进行计算,得到优化配比(质量分数,以体系总质量为基准):PVA 2488(牌号)
                 为 4.5%、CMC 为 1.5%、800 目硅胶为 7.5%、D-柠檬烯为 11%。该配方去污效率可达 97.08%。通过 FTIR 和 SEM
                 对干洗剂所得薄膜及织物进行结构表征和去污原理分析,并对织物的物理性能进行测试。结果表明,干洗剂对
                 粉尘微粒与油渍的去污效果很好,织物上残留很少,织物仍保留着较好的服用性能。

                        Preparation of Peel-off Type Dry Cleaning Agent by Uniform

                                  Design Method and Its Performance Analysis

                 Abstract:  In  order  to  develop  environmentally  friendly,  non-toxic,  dust-free  and  portable  dry  cleaning
                 agents, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), water, ethanol, D-limonene, silica gel and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC)
                 were employed to prepare peel-off type dry cleaning agents. A four-factor and seven-level uniform design
                 test was conducted to screen the optimum formulation of dry cleaning agent by using the mass fractions of
                 PVA, CMC, silica gel and D-limonene as the independent variables, the decontamination efficiency as the
                 dependent variable. The results were analyzed by SPSS software and the mathematical model was obtained.
                 The model was calculated by MATLAB software, and the optimized ratios (mass fractions) were as follows:
                 PVA  2488  4.5%,  CMC  1.5%,  800  mesh  silica  gel  7.5%  and  D-limonene  11%.  The  decontamination
                 efficiency of the formulation reached 97.08%. FTIR and SEM were employed to characterize the structure
                 of  the  fabric  and  the  membrane  obtained  by  dry  cleaning  agent,  and  the  decontamination  principle  was
                 analyzed. The physical properties of fabric were tested. The results showed that the prepared dry cleaning
                 agent had good decontamination effect on dust particles and oil stains, and there were few residues on the
                 fabric, and the fabric still retained good clothing performance.
