                                  UV 固化型载银石墨烯/WPUA


                                        抗菌乳液的制备与表征

                 摘要:通过原位聚合法,在吸附银离子的异氰酸酯功能化石墨烯表面引入双键,再与制得的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯进
                 行掺杂,紫外固化后制备出载银石墨烯/聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(IGAH/WPUA)乳液。采用 FTIR、XPS、XRD、TEM、
                 SEM、抗菌性能、机械性能和电化学等测试手段对复合物的结构和性能进行表征,探究了 IGAH 质量分数和光
                 照时间对复合材料各项性能的影响。结果表明,当载银石墨烯(IGAH)质量分数(占 WPUA 质量,下同)为
                 2%时各项性能趋于稳定,水洗 144  h 后对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率仍能分别达到 99.9%和 99.5%;

                 体积电阻率为 1.16×10  Ω·cm,表面电阻为3.75×10  Ω,复合材料具有优良的抗静电性;T 10% 从纯WPUA 的296.51  ℃
                 升高到 308.50  ℃。

                       Preparation and Characterization of UV Curing Silver-loaded
                          Graphene/Polyurethane-Acrylate Antibacterial Emulsions

                 Abstract: Anisocyanate functionalized graphene with double bondsadsorbing silver ions were prepared by
                 in-situ  polymerization,  which  was  doped  with  the  prepared  polyurethane-acrylate  emulsion  to  obtain  a
                 series of silver-loaded graphene/polyurethane-acrylate (IGAH/WPUA) emulsions by ultraviolet curing. The
                 structure  and  properties  of  the  composites  were  characterized  by  FTIR,  XPS,  XRD,  TEM,  SEM,
                 antibacterial  properties,  mechanical  properties  and  electrical  properties.  Moreover,  the  effects  of  IGAH
                 mass  fraction  and  illumination  time  on  the  properties  of  the  composites  were  investigated.  The  results
                 showed that the performances of the composite tended to be stable when the IGAH mass fraction was 2%
                 (based on the mass of WPUA, the same below). After water washing 144 h, the antibacterial rates against
                 Escherichia coli and Staphylococcusaureus still reached 99.9% and 99.5%. The volume resistivity of the

                 composite was 1.16×10  Ω·cm, while the surface resistance was 3.75×10  Ω, indicating that the composite
                 had excellent antistatic property. T 10% increased from 296.51  ℃  of pure WPUA to 308.50  ℃.
