                            螺旋藻多糖铁(Ⅲ)配合物的制备、


                                    抗氧化及淋巴细胞增殖活性

                 摘要:以三氯化铁为原料,通过络合反应,对螺旋藻多糖(SP)进行结构修饰,制得有机铁化合物〔螺旋藻多
                 糖铁(Ⅲ)配合物 SP-Fe(Ⅲ)〕。采用 FTIR、DSC、TGA、XRD 和 SEM 对其结构进行了表征,采用 DPPH(1,1-
                 二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼)自由基法、羟自由基法等 5 种方法和 MTT(四唑盐)法分析了 SP 和 SP-Fe(Ⅲ)的抗
                 氧化活性和淋巴细胞增殖活性的影响。制备的 SP-Fe(Ⅲ)中 Fe(Ⅲ)质量分数为 16.42%±1.17%。采用 5 轴蛛
                 网图对 SP-Fe(Ⅲ)的抗氧化活性进行了综合评价。结果表明,SP-Fe(Ⅲ)相比 SP 具有较高的抗氧化活性。
                 在模拟人工胃液消化后,随着消化时间的延长,在 pH=6.8 的人工肠液中释放出的 Fe(Ⅲ)质量分数达到 83.64%;

                 在 31.25×10  g/L 的质量浓度下,与 SP 相比,SP-Fe(Ⅲ)配合物对淋巴细胞增殖提高了 44.35%。

                     Preparation, Antioxidant and Lymphocyte Proliferation Activities
                                 of Spirulina Polysaccharide Iron (Ⅲ) Complex

                 Abstract: Organic iron compound, Spirulina polysaccharide iron (Ⅲ) complex SP-Fe (Ⅲ) was prepared by
                 complexation reaction of chloride ferric with Spirulina polysaccharide (SP) and characterized by Fourier
                 transform infrared (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), pyrolysis gravimetric analysis (TGA),
                 X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The antioxidant capacity was evaluated
                 by five antioxidant assay systems in vitro, including DPPH free radical, hydroxyl free radical and so on.
                 The lymphocyte proliferation activity was analyzed by MTT method. The iron (Ⅲ) content in SP-Fe (Ⅲ)
                 was 16.42%±1.17%. The antioxidant activity of SP-Fe(Ⅲ) was evaluated with 5-axe cobweb chart. The
                 results showed that SP-Fe (Ⅲ) had higher antioxidant activity than SP. The mass fraction of released iron
                 (Ⅲ) reached 83.64% in artificial intestinal juice at pH =6.8 for a prolonged time after arti-ficial gastric juice
                 conditions. The lymphocytes proliferation of SP-Fe (Ⅲ) was increased by 44.35% comparing with that of
