硫化锡钾的制备及其对 Co 的选择性吸附

摘要:以碳酸钾、锡粉、硫粉为原料,用水热法合成了硫化锡钾(KSnS),利用 SEM、XRD、XPS 等对 KSnS
2+
的形貌和组成进行了表征分析。并通过静态吸附实验分别考察了接触时间、pH、共存离子和 Co 初始浓度对
2+
2+
KSnS 吸附 Co 效果的影响。结果表明:KSnS 对 Co 的吸附平衡时间约为 25 min,饱和吸附容量为 149 mg/g。

当 Co 初始质量浓度为 5 mg/L、液固比为 2500 mL/g 时,KSnS 对 Co 的分配系数可达到 6.5×10 mL/g,去除
2+
率为 99.84%。当溶液为中性时,KSnS 的吸附性能最佳。KSnS 对 Co 有较高的选择性,当干扰离子质量浓度是
2+
2+
2+
Co 的 100 倍时,KSnS 对 Co 的去除率仍能达到 92%以上。KSnS 对 Co 的吸附动力学行为可用准二级动力学
方程描述,吸附过程属于化学吸附。通过 Weber-Morris 模型和 Boyd 模型分析可知,液膜扩散过程是主导吸附
速率的步骤。

Abstract: Potassium tin sulfide (KSnS) was prepared by hydrothermal method using potassium carbonate,
tin powder and sulfur powder as raw materials. The morphology and structure of the product were
characterized by SEM, XPD and XPS. The effects of contact time, pH, coexisting ions, and initial Co 2+
2+
concentration on the adsorption of Co by the sulfide were investigated via static adsorption experiments.

The results showed that the adsorption equilibrium time of KSnS for Co was about 25 min, and the
2+
saturated adsorption capacity was 149 mg/g.When the initial concentration of Co was 5 mg/L and liquid to
5
2+
solid ratio was 2500 mL/g, the distribution coefficient of KSnS for Co reached 6.5×10 mL/g and the
removal rate was 99.84%.When the solution was neutral, KSnS had the best adsorption performance. High
2+
concentration of coexisting ions had little effect on the removal rate of Co . When the coexisting ions
2+
2+
concentration were 100 times than that of Co , the removal rate of Co by KSnS could still reach 92% or
2+
more. The adsorption kinetic data of Co were well described by pseudo-second-order kinetic model, and
the adsorption process was mainly controlled by chemical adsorption. According to Weber-Morris model
and Boyd model, liquid film diffusion was dominant in the sorption process.
