               氧化石墨烯/丙酸氯倍他索分子捕获器的制备及性能

                 摘要:以氧化石墨烯修饰聚乙烯滤板为内部支撑体,采用表面分子印迹技术,以丙酸氯倍他索为模板分子,3-
                 氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体,正硅酸乙酯为交联剂,在内部支撑体表面进行分子印迹,制备了一种对丙酸
                 氯倍他索具有特异选择吸附能力的分子捕获器。分别采用 FTIR、FESEM、EDS、TGA 对分子捕获器的结构、
                 形貌、热稳定性进行了表征。并对其吸附性能进行了研究,结果表明,该分子捕获器对丙酸氯倍他索具有较好
                 的结合性能。将该分子捕获器作为固相萃取整体材料,结合高效液相色谱检测,应用于加标化妆品样品中丙酸
                 氯倍他索的选择性富集分离,方法检出限为 0.04 mg/L,准确性、精密度良好。分子捕获器可以重复使用 4 次,
                 具有良好的耐用性。

                 Abstract: A solid phase extraction material with specificity extracting clobetasol propionate of molecular
                 capture was prepared by surface imprinting technique in combination with solid phase extraction column
                 sieve  plate  coated  with  graphene  oxide.  The  molecular  capture  (MC)  was  prepared  by  using  clobetasol
                 propionate  as  template  molecule,  3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane  as  monomer  and  ethyl  silicate  as
                 cross-linker,  respectively.  The  morphology,  structure  and  thermostability  of  the  molecular  capture  were
                 characterized  by  FTIR,  FESEM,  EDS  and  TGA,  and  its  adsorption  properties  were  studied.  The  results
                 showed  that  the  molecular  capture  had  binding  performance  to  chlorbetasol  propionate.  This  molecular
                 capture was used as a solid phase extraction material, combined with HPLC detection, for the selective
                 enrichment and separation of chlorbetasol propionate in cosmetics samples. It was found that this method
                 had good accuracy and precision and its detection limit was 0.04 mg/L. The durability test demonstrated
                 that the molecular capture could be reused at least 4 times with good durability.
