无钯活化镀镍导电棉织物的制备及其导电性能

摘要:采用硫酸镍超声活化法制备化学镀镍导电棉织物。用 EDS 和 SEM 对镀层的化学成分以及表面形貌进行
表征,并对镀镍后棉织物的方阻、增重率、耐摩擦性能和拉伸断裂强力进行测试。探讨了温度、pH、NiSO 4 •6H 2 O
及 NaH 2 PO 2 •H 2 O 质量浓度对棉织物增重率、方阻的影响。结果表明,在 m(NiSO 4 •6H 2 O)∶m(NaH 2 PO 2 •H 2 O)∶
m(H 2 O)=1.5∶2.0∶30.0,温度 60 ℃,频率为 40 kHz,功率为 320 W 的条件下超声活化 30 min 后,以 NiSO 4 •6H 2 O
质量浓度 25 g/L,NaH 2 PO 2 •H 2 O 质量浓度 25 g/L,无水柠檬酸钠质量浓度 5 g/L,CH 3 COONa 质量浓度 5 g/L,
温度 90 ℃,pH 为 5,反应时间 1 h 镀镍后,所制备的镀镍导电棉织物方阻最小,可达 71.67 mΩ/□,且摩擦
18800 次时,减重率为 3.94%。无钯活化镀镍棉织物拥有良好的导电性及耐摩擦性能,能更好地应用在智能纺织
品上。

Abstract: An electroless nickel-plated conductive cotton fabric was prepared by nickel sulfate ultrasonic
activation method. The chemical composition and surface morphology of the coating were characterized by
EDS and SEM. The square resistance, weight gain, abrasion resistance and tensile breaking strength of the
cotton fabric after nickel plating were tested and analyzed. The effects of temperature, pH, mass
concentration of NiSO 4•6H 2O and NaH 2PO 2•H 2O on the weight gain and square resistance of cotton fabric
were discussed. The results showed that the ultrasonic activation conditions were obtained as follows:
m(NiSO 4 •6H 2O)∶m(NaH 2PO 2 •H 2O)∶m(H 2O)=1.5∶2.0∶30.0, 60 ℃, 40 kHz, 320 W and 30 min.
When NiSO 4•6H 2O, NaH 2PO 2•H 2O, C 6H 5Na 3O 7 and CH 3COONa mass concentrations were 25, 25, 5 and
5 g/L, temperature was 90 ℃, pH=5, and reaction time of 1 h,the square resistance of the nickel-plated
conductive cotton fabric was the smallest (71.67 mΩ/□), and the weight loss rate was 3.94% after being
rubbed 18800 times. Palladium-free activated nickel-plated cotton fabric had good electrical conductivity
and abrasion resistance, which can be better applied to smart textiles.
