                 摘要:为提高亚麻织物的喷墨印花颜色效果,将十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与海藻酸钠(SA)协同作用于亚麻织
                 物的预处理工艺,对处理后织物表面墨滴的铺展面积、喷墨印花色块的颜色参数进行了测试,使用接触角测量
                 仪、SEM、表面 Zeta 电位仪、XPS 和 FTIR 对预处理前后亚麻织物表面物理和化学性能进行了表征。结果表明:
                 与 SA 预处理织物相比,SDS 的引入可使亚麻织物表面墨滴铺展面积减小 14%,墨滴渗化程度也明显减小;青
                 色和黑色印花色块的表观颜色深度增加,摩擦色牢度略有降低,断裂强力和耐日晒色牢度无明显改变。预处理
                 后,SDS+SA 预处理剂在亚麻织物表面形成了薄膜,纤维间以锯齿状的膜结构堵塞了孔隙,促使更多的活性染
                 料在滴落的位置与纤维发生共价结合;此外,预处理后织物的亲水性增加,有利于染料对亚麻纤维的上染。

                 Abstract: In order to improve the inkjet printing performance of linen fabric, sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS)
                 and sodium alginate (SA) were used in the pretreatment of linen fabric. The spreading area of ink droplets
                 on the treated fabrics surface and the color parameters of the inkjet printing color blocks were tested. The
                 surface physical and chemical properties of linen fabrics before and after pretreated were characterized by
                 contact angle, SEM, surface Zeta potential instrument, XPS and FTIR. The results showed that compared
                 with SA pretreatment fabric, the introduction of SDS could reduce the spread area of ink droplets by 14%
                 and the degree of ink droplets penetration. Moreover, the apparent color depth of cyan and black printing
                 blocks increased, the rubbing color fastness decreased slightly, and the breaking strength and color fastness
                 to sunlight had no obvious change. After pretreatment, the SDS+SA pretreatment agent formed a film on the
                 surface of the fabric, and the serrated membrane structure among the fibers blocked the pores, prompting
                 more reactive dyes to covalently bond with fibers at the dropping position. In addition, the hydrophilicity of
                 the pretreated fabric increased, which was conductive to the dye uptake of linen fiber.
