                          负载茶多酚的三元共混膜的制备及性能

                 摘要:以壳聚糖、玉米醇溶蛋白、茶多酚为原料,采用溶剂浇铸法制备得到一种三元共混膜。考察了茶多酚负
                 载量(基于壳聚糖和玉米醇溶蛋白的总质量,下同)对壳聚糖/玉米醇溶蛋白膜液静态和动态流变学特性、粒径分
                 布以及凝胶强度的影响。采用 SEM、FTIR、XRD 及 DSC 对共混膜进行了表征,并测定了三元共混膜的机械性
                 能和阻隔性能。结果表明,茶多酚与成膜基质之间的交互作用使膜液中产生了高度纠缠网络结构,有利于均匀
                 稳定共混膜的形成。负载适量茶多酚对膜性能具有良好的改善作用,当茶多酚负载量为 1%时,共混膜具有最佳
                 的抗张强度〔(10.966±2.111) MPa〕。茶多酚与壳聚糖、玉米醇溶蛋白之间发生了强烈的相互作用。此外,
                 茶多酚负载量为 0.5%和 2.0%时,共混膜具有较高的热稳定性。

                 Abstract: A ternary blend film was prepared by solvent casting with chitosan, zein and tea polyphenol as
                 raw materials. The effects of loading amount (on the basis of the total mass of chitosan and zein, the same
                 below) of tea polyphenol on the static and dynamic rheological properties, particle size and gel strength of
                 blend solutions were investigated. The blend film were characterized by SEM, FTIR, XRD and DSC. And
                 the mechanical and barrier properties of blend films were tested. The results showed that the interaction of
                 tea polyphenol and polymer matrix facilitated the formation of highly entangled network structure, which
                 was benificial to the forming of uniform blend film. Loading moderate amount of tea polyphenol could
                 improve the blend film properties, the tensile optimum strength [(10.966±2.111) MPa] of the blend film was
                 obtained when the loading amount of tea polyphenol was 1%. Tea polyphenol exhibited strong interaction
                 with chitosan and zein. In addition, The blend films with 0.5% and 2.0% loading amount of tea polyphenol
                 presented excellent thermostability.
