CNTs/有机氟改性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯的制备与性能

摘要:以多巴胺(DOA)和 γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)协同修饰碳纳米管(CNTs),制备了 A-DOA/CNTs
材料;将修饰 CNTs 接枝到含双键封端的聚氨酯上,与 2-(全氟辛基)乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(HDFDMA)等乙烯
类单体共聚,制备出 CNTs/有机氟改性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。采用 FTIR、TEM、XPS、水接触角和拉伸测
试等方法表征和测试了材料的结构与性能。结果表明:当 A-DOA/CNTs 质量分数为 0.75%,且 HDFDMA 质量
分数为 12%时,胶膜在热失重 10%时,热分解温度为 329 ℃,相比 PUA 胶膜提高了 37 ℃;–55 ℃时的动态储
能模量(Eʹ)最大,玻璃化温度(T g )为 79 ℃,其胶膜吸水率为 4.1%,水接触角为 110.8°,拉伸强度为 26.3 MPa,
断裂伸长率为 352%,与未改性胶膜相比,疏水性、热稳定性和力学性能均有显著提高。

Abstract: Dopamine (DOA) and γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES) were used to synergistically
modify carbon nanotubes (CNTs) to prepare an A-DOA/CNTs material. The modified CNTs was grafted
onto polyurethane containing double bond ends and copolymerized with 2-(perfluorooctyl) ethyl
methacrylate (HDFDMA) and other ethylene monomers to prepare CNTs/organic fluorine modified
polyurethane-acrylate (PUA) composite emulsions. The structure and properties of the materials were
characterized and tested by FTIR, TEM, XPS, water contact angle measurement and tensile test. The results
showed that when the mass fraction of A-DOA/CNTs was 0.75% and the mass fraction of HDFDMA was
12%, the 10% weight loss temperature of the film was 329 ℃, 37 ℃ higher than that of PUA film. The
dynamic storage modulus (Eʹ) of composite film at –55 ℃ was the maximum, the glass transition
temperature (T g) was 79 ℃, the water absorption rate was 4.1%, the water contact angle was 110.8°, the
tensile strength was 26.3 MPa, and the elongation at break was 352%. Compared with those of the
unmodified film, the hydrophobicity, thermal stability and mechanical properties of the prepared film were
significantly improved.
