                      超支化聚合物改性明胶胶粘剂的制备及性能

                 摘要:以二乙醇胺、丙烯酸甲酯、三羟甲基丙烷以及环氧氯丙烷为原料,合成不同代数的端环氧基超支化聚(胺-
                 酯)(EHPAE)。其后,以从制革废弃物中提取的明胶为原料,不同代数的 EHPAE 分别作为交联单体进行改性,

                 制得一种环保型鞋用或包袋用胶粘剂。采用 FTIR、 HNMR 和 GPC 对超支化聚合物和胶粘剂的结构及相对分子
                 质量分布进行表征,之后对胶粘剂的粘结性能进行测定,结果表明:EHPAE-Ⅲ较其余两者的改性效果更为明显,
                 当 EHPAE-Ⅲ用量为明胶质量的 30%时,改性后胶粘剂的固含量由 11.42%提高到了 30.33%,同时剪切强度为
                 2.216 MPa、T-剥离强度为 3.375 N/mm、水接触角为 100.9°,相较于市售胶粘剂的剪切强度(1.868 MPa)、T-剥
                 离强度(2.864 N/mm)、水接触角(84.8°),制备得到胶粘剂的粘结性能和疏水性均更优。

                              Synthesis and properties of hyperbranched polymer

                 Abstract: Epoxy-terminated hyperbranched poly (amine-ester) (EHPAE) samples with different generation
                 were  prepared  from  diethanolamine,  methyl  acrylate,  trimethylolpropane  and  epoxy  chloropropane.  And
                 then, an environmental-friendly of adhesives for footwear or bags were synthesized using gelatin extracted
                 from leather wastes as main material, different generation of EHPAE samples as cross-linking monomer,
                 respectively.  The  structure  and  relative  molecular  mass  distribution  of  hyperbranched  polymers  and

                 adhesive  were  characterized  by  FTIR,  HNMR  and  GPC.  Moreover,  the  bonding  performances  of  the
                 adhesive was measured. The results showed that EHPAE-III exhibited better modification effect than the
                 other two. When the dosage of EHPAE-Ⅲ  was 30% (based on the mass of gelatin), the solid content of the
                 modified  adhesive  was  increased  from  11.42%  to  30.33%.  Meanwhile,  the  shear  strength  and  T-peel
                 strength of the prepared adhesive were 2.216 MPa and 3.375 N/mm, respectively. The water contact angle
                 was  100.9°.  While  the  commercial  available  adhesive  showed  shear  strength,  T-peel  strength  and  water
                 contact angle of 1.868 MPa, 2.864 N/mm and 84.8°. It was found that the prepared adhesive had better
                 adhesive properties and hydrophobicity than the commercial available adhesive.
