                          多肽与多肽螯合铁叶面肥的制备及应用

                 摘要:以明胶蛋白为原料,采用酸法制备了多肽叶面肥(Pep),再以 Pep 为螯合剂,硫酸亚铁为铁源,抗坏血
                 酸为抗氧化剂,吐温-80(质量分数 1%)为表面活性剂,制备了多肽螯合铁叶面肥(Pep-Fe)。以多肽褐变、氨
                 基氮含量和螯合率为指标,优化出制备 Pep 及 Pep-Fe 的反应条件。采用 SEM、TG、XRD、元素分析和原子吸
                 收光谱对 Pep 和 Pep-Fe 的结构和形貌进行了表征,并将其用于苏州青小油菜的种植。结果表明,温度 70  ℃、
                 反应时间 7 h、m(明胶蛋白)∶m(水)=1∶6、m(明胶蛋白)∶m(浓硫酸)=1.00∶1.25 条件下,制备的 Pep 不会发生
                 褐变且氨基氮含量为 125.49 g/L;温度 50  ℃、反应时间 1.5 h、pH=4、m(Pep)∶m(硫酸亚铁)=2∶1 条件下,制
                 备的 Pep-Fe 的螯合率为 53.89%。

                 Abstract: Polypeptide foliar  fertilizer  (Pep) was  prepared from gelatin protein  by  acid method.  Then
                 polypeptide chelated iron foliar fertilizer (Pep-Fe) was prepared by using Pep as chelating agent, ascorbic
                 acid as antioxidant, tween-80 (mass fraction 1%) as surfactant and iron sulfate as iron source. The reaction
                 conditions for the preparation of Pep and Pep-Fe were optimized based on polypeptide browning, amino
                 nitrogen content and chelating rate. The structure and morphology of Pep and Pep-Fe were characterized by
                 SEM, TG, XRD, organic element analyzer and atomic absorption spectrometer. Pep and Pep-Fe were then
                 used for planting  of  Brassica campestris (Suzhouqing).  The  results showed that the optimum reaction
                 conditions  were  obtained as follows: temperature  70  ℃,  reaction time 7  h,  m(gelatin protein)∶
                 m(water)=1∶6, m(gelatin protein)∶m(concentrated sulfuric acid)=1.00∶1.25. Under these conditions, the
                 prepared Pep did not turn brown and the amino nitrogen content was 125.49 g/L. Under the conditions of
                 temperature 50  ℃, reaction time 1.5 h, pH=4, m(Pep)∶m(iron sulfate)=2∶1, the chelating rate of Pep-Fe
                 was 53.89%.
