环保胶黏剂的制备与表征

摘要:以乙醇为溶剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联单体,丙烯酸十八酯为长链疏水单体,通过溶液聚合制备

了一种丙烯酸酯环保胶黏剂。通过 HNMR,FTIR,GPC,SEM,TGA 等对聚合物的结构和性能进行表征与测
试。研究了反应时间、反应温度、交联单体和疏水单体的用量以及硬软单体物质的量比对聚合物和膜性能的影
响。结果表明,当反应时间为 4 h,反应温度为 80 ℃,交联单体含量为 1%(占单体总质量,下同),硬软单体

物质的量比为 2∶1 时,聚合物重均相对分子质量为 1.286×10 ,热分解温度为 309.3 ℃,玻璃化转变温度为
85.2 ℃,胶膜硬度达到 4H。疏水单体的加入提高了聚合物膜的拉伸强度和疏水性能,与没加疏水单体相比,加
入 3%疏水单体后,胶膜的拉伸强度提高了 184.2%,达到 0.79 MPa;水接触角提高 219.5%,达到 78.6°。制备
的环保型胶黏剂可用于含沙土壤的固化以及沙画、沙瓶画和浮雕画的固定等。

Preparation and characterization of alcohol-soluble, hydrophobic and
crosslinked acrylate environmental adhesive

Abstract: An environmental acrylate adhesive was prepared by solution polymerization using ethanol as
solvent, N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) as crosslinking monomer, octadecyl acrylate as long-chain

hydrophobic monomer. The structure and properties of polymer were characterized by HNMR, FTIR, GPC,
SEM and TGA. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, dosage of crosslinking monomer, dosage
of hydrophobic monomer and molar ratio of hard monomer to soft monomer on the polymer and polymer
film were studied. The results showed that under the conditions of reaction time of 4 h, reaction temperature
of 80 ℃, crosslinking monomer of 1% (based on the total mass of monomers, the same below), molar ratio
of hard monomer monomer to soft monomer of 2∶1, the prepared polymer had a weight-average relative

molecular mass of 1.286×10 , thermal decomposition temperature of 309.3 ℃, glass transition temperature
of 85.2 ℃ and the film hardness reached to 4H. The addition of hydrophobic monomer increased the
tensile strength and hydrophobicity of the film. When hydrophobic monomer dosage was 3%, the tensile
strength and water contact angle of the film was 0.79 MPa and 78.6°, which improved 184.2% and 219.5%,
respectively, compared with no hydrophobic monomer. The prepared adhesive could be used for the
solidification of sandy soil and the fixation of sand paintings, sand bottle paintings and relief paintings.
