                 摘要:以马来酸酐(MAH)和 9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-硫化物(DOPS)为原料,合成了马来酸酐-9,10-
                 二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-硫化物(MAH-DOPS),将 MAH-DOPS 应用于聚乳酸(PLA)的阻燃改性。采用 TG、
                 极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL-94)、锥形量热、TG-FTIR 和 SEM-EDS 测试了 MAH-DOPS 对 PLA 的热稳
                 定性、阻燃性能和热降解行为的影响。结果表明,阻燃剂 MAH-DOPS 中的 P、S 元素产生的协同阻燃作用提高
                 了阻燃效率,改善了 PLA 的阻燃性能。当阻燃剂质量分数为 5%时,制备的 PLA/MAH-DOPS-5%的 LOI 为 28.1%,
                 达到 UL-94 V-0 级,总热释放量和平均有效燃烧热降低。MAH-DOPS 同时在气相和凝聚相发挥阻燃作用,并以
                 气相阻燃机理为主。

                        Synthesis of flame retardant based on DOPS derivatives and

                 Abstract: Maleic anhydride-9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphophene-10-sulfide (MAH-DOPS) was synthesized
                 from maleic anhydride (MAH) and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphophene-10-sulfide (DOPS) and used to
                 modify polylactic acid (PLA). The effects of MAH-DOPS on the thermal stabilitiy, flame-retardant and
                 thermal degradation behaviour of PLA were investigated by TG, limit oxygen index (LOI) test, vertical
                 flame test (UL-94), cone calorimeter, thermogravimetric-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis
                 (TG-FTIR) and SEM-EDS.  The  results showed that the synergistic flame retarding effect  of P and S
                 elements in MAH-DOPS improved the flame retarding efficiency and flame retarding performance of PLA.
                 When the mass fraction of flame retardant was 5%, the LOI of prepared PLA/MAH-DOPS-5% was 28.1%,
                 the vertical  combustion grade  reached UL-94 V-0, both  total heat release and average effective heat of
                 combustion decreased. MAH-DOPS played a flame retardant role in both gas phase and condensed phase,
                 and the flame retardant mechanism was mainly in the gas phase.
