                        基于迷迭香精油温敏脂质体的响应型控释

                 摘要:以二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱(DPPC)和胆固醇为膜材,采用乙醚注入法制备迷迭香精油温敏脂质体,将温敏
                 脂质体添加到壳聚糖-普鲁兰多糖溶液中,以双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)为基膜制备抗氧化复合膜。对迷迭香精
                 油温敏脂质体进行了包封率、粒径分布、多分散性指数(PDI)、相变温度和原子力显微镜的测定,测试了薄膜
                 中精油释放率,验证薄膜温度响应特性。结果表明,制备的温敏脂质体平均包封率为 65.6%,平均粒径为 164.8
                 nm,PDI 平均值为 0.163,相变温度为 38.5 和 41.8  ℃。抗氧化复合膜中精油在 42  ℃下 7 d 内释放率为 94.1%,
                 具有显著的温度响应控制释放作用。

                  Preparation of responsive controlled-release antioxidant composite film

                     based on temperature-sensitive liposomes of rosemary essential oil

                 Abstract: Rosemary essential oil temperature-sensitive liposomes was prepared by ether injection method
                 using dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) and cholesterol as film  materials. Then, antioxidant
                 composite film was obtained by adding the temperature-sensitive liposomes into chitosan-pullulan solution
                 using biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) as base film. The encapsulation efficiency, particle size
                 distribution, polydispersity index (PDI), phase transition temperature  and atomic force microscopy of
                 rosemary essential oil temperature-sensitive liposomes were measured. The release rate of essential oil in
                 the antioxidant composite film was tested to verify the temperature response characteristics of the film. The
                 results showed that the average encapsulation efficiency of the prepared temperature-sensitive liposomes
                 was 65.6%, the average particle size was 164.8 nm, the average polydispersity index (PDI) was 0.163, and
                 the switching temperature was 38.5 and 41.8  ℃. The antioxidant composite film showed a release rate of
                 essential oil at 42  ℃  within 7  d  was 94.1%, indicating  that it had a significant temperature-responsive
                 release control effect.
