红脚艾和汤阴北艾精油的化学成分及抗菌活性

摘要:通过水蒸气蒸馏(SD)法和超临界流体萃取-分子蒸馏(SFE-MD)法从红脚艾和汤阴北艾中提取精油,
采用 GC-MS 检测精油化学成分,并测定其抗菌活性。结果表明,SD 法提取精油收率比 SFE-MD 法高 1.2~2.7
倍。红脚艾精油主成分为 β-石竹烯、龙脑、氧化石竹烯和大根香叶烯 D 等;北艾精油主成分为桉油精、松油
烯-4-醇和十氢二甲基甲乙烯基萘酚等;北艾精油以单萜类化合物为主,而红脚艾精油则含有更丰富的倍半萜类
化合物;SFE-MD 会导致部分单萜类化合物的损失,如桉油精。艾叶精油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色
念珠菌有抑制及杀灭效果,且抗菌效果北艾精油优于红脚艾精油。

Chemical components and antibacterial activities of essential oils of
Artemisia Verlotorum and Artemisia Argyi from Tangyin county

Abstract: Artemisia verlotorum and Artemisia argyi from Tangyin county were extracted by steam
distillation (SD) method and supercritical fluid extraction combined molecular distillation (SFE-MD)
method, and then the chemical components and antibacterial activities of the obtained essential oils were
analyzed and determined by GC-MS. The results showed that the yield of essential oil extracted by SD
method was 1.2~2.7 times higher than that by SFE-MD method. The main components of essential oil of
Artemisia verlotorum were β-caryophyllene, endo-borneol, caryophyllene oxide and germacrene D, etc.
While thoses of essential oil of Artemisia argyi were eucalyptol, terpinene-4-ol and neointermedeol, etc.
The essential oil of Artemisia argyi was mainly composed of monoterpenoids, while that of Artemisia
verlotorum contained more sesquiterpenoids. SFE- MD could resulted in the loss of some monoterpenoids,
such as eucalyptol. The essential oil of wormwood leaf had an excellent bacteriostatic and bactericidal
effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. The antibacterial effect of
essential oil of Artemisia argyi was better than that of essential oil of Artemisia verlotorum.
