                      氰基苯氧氟酰胺的合成及其抗柑橘霉菌活性

                 摘要:以邻羟基苯甲腈、溴氟乙酸乙酯和胺为原料,设计、合成了 15 个氰基苯氧氟酰胺化合物,通过 HNMR、
                 13 CNMR 和 MS 鉴定了产物结构。采用菌丝生长速率法测定了这些化合物对柑橘青霉菌(Penicillium italicum)
                 和柑橘绿霉菌(Penicillium digitatum)的抑制活性。结果表明,这些化合物对所测菌种均有一定的抑制活性。其
                 中,2-(2-氰基苯氧基)-2-氟-N-苯基乙酰胺(Ⅱa)、N-(2-噻唑基)-2-(2-氰基苯氧基)-2-氟乙酰胺(Ⅱf),N-(4-溴-2-
                 噻唑基)-2-(2-氰基苯氧基)-2-氟乙酰胺(Ⅱh)、2-(2-氰基苯氧基)-2-氟代-N-(4-甲基-2-噻唑基)乙酰胺(Ⅱi)、2-(2-
                 氰基苯氧基)-2,2-二氟-N-(噻唑-2-基)乙酰胺(Ⅳc)在质量浓度为 200 mg/L 下对 2 种菌的抑制率≥87.41%;
                 化合物Ⅱh 的抗菌活性最高,在质量浓度为 50 mg/L 下对柑橘青霉菌和柑橘绿霉菌的抑制率分别为 60.96%和
                 53.95%,质量浓度为 25 mg/L 下的抑制率>30%。2-氰基苯氧氟酰胺化合物的抗柑橘青、绿霉菌活性均优于 2,4-
                 二氯苯氧乙酸。

                       Synthesis of cyanophenyloxyfluoroamide and its bacteriostatic
                                           activity against citrus fungus

                 Abstract: Fifteen 2-(2-cyanophenoxy)-2-fluoroacetamides were designed, synthesized from salicylonitrile,

                 ethyl bromofluoroacetate and amines, and characterized by  HNMR,  CNMR and MS. The antibacterial
                 performance of these compounds against Penicillium italicum and Penicillium digitatum was then evaluated
                 by mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that these compounds exhibited certain antibacterial
                 activity against the tested strains. Among  them, 2-(2-cyanophenoxy)-2-fluoro-N-phenylacetamide (Ⅱa),
                 2-(2-cyanophenoxy)-2-fluoro-N-(thiazol-2-yl)acetamide (Ⅱf),  N-(4-bromothiazol-2-yl)-2-(2-cyanophenoxy)-
                 2-fluoroacetamide ( Ⅱ h), 2-(2-cyanophenoxy)-2-fluoro-N-(4-methylthiazol-2-yl)acetamide ( Ⅱ i), 2-(2-
                 cyanophenoxy)-2,2-difluoro-N-(thiazol-2-yl)acetamide (Ⅳc)  displayed more than  87.41% inhibition  rate
                 against the two bacteria at a mass concentration of 200 mg/L. Compound  Ⅱh showed the best antibacterial
                 activity among all compounds. Its inhibition rates on Penicillium italicum and Penicillium digitatum were
                 60.96% and 53.95%, respectively, at a mass concentration of 50 mg/L, and > 30% at a mass concentration
                 of  25 mg/L. 2-(2-Cyanophenoxy)-2-fluoroacetamides exhibited  better  antibacterial activity against the
                 tested strains than 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid.
