                 摘要:以 β-环糊精(β-CD)和氯金酸为原料,制备了 β-环糊精包被的金纳米粒子(β-CD@AuNPs),通过 TEM、
                 FTIR、UV-Vis 和荧光光谱表征了 β-CD@AuNPs 的结构及光学特征。基于 β-CD@AuNPs 对罗丹明 B(RB)的
                 荧光猝灭、性激素(孕酮、雌二醇、睾酮)对 β-CD@AuNPs-RB 体系荧光的恢复现象,构建了高选择性、高灵
                 敏度的 β-CD@AuNPs-RB 荧光探针用于检测性激素。结果表明,0~7.5  μg/g 的孕酮与 β-CD@AuNPs-RB 的荧光

                 恢复率呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(R )为 0.992,检测限为 0.047 μg/g。另将此 β-CD@AuNPs-RB 用于

                 检测雌二醇和睾酮,β-CD@AuNPs-RB 的荧光恢复率与 0~15 μg/g 的性激素呈良好的线性关系(R >0.99),检测
                 限分别为 0.15 和 0.37  μg/g。将 β-CD@AuNPs-RB 荧光探针用于爽肤水中性激素的测定,性激素回收率为
                 95.00%~104.67%,相对标准偏差≤4.7%。

                       Fluorescent probe based on β-CD@AuNPs-RB for detection of

                 Abstract: Gold  nanoparticles coated with  β-CD(β-CD@AuNPs) were synthesized  from  β-cyclodextrin
                 (β-CD) and chlorauric acid, and characterized  by TEM, FTIR,  UV-Vis and  fluorescence spectra for
                 structural and optical property analysis. A fluorescence probe (β-CD@AuNPs-RB) with high selectivity and
                 sensitivity was then constructed for sex hormone detection based on the quenching of Rhodamine B (RB)
                 fluorescence by  β-CD@AuNPs and the  fluorescence recovery of  β-CD@AuNPs-RB  with sex hormone
                 (progesterone, estradiol, testosterone).  The results showed that the correlation  between  fluorescence
                 recovery rate of β-CD@AuNPs-RB and progesterone in the range of 0~7.5 μg/g was linear with the linear

                 correlation coefficient (R ) of 0.992 and the detection limit to 0.047 μg/g. Meanwhile, it was also found that
                 there was a good linear correlation between fluorescence recovery rate of β-CD@AuNPs-RB and estradiol

                 or testosterone from 0 to 15  μg/g with R >0.99 and the  detection limit of  0.15 and  0.37  μg/g,
                 respectively. Furthermore, when the β-CD@AuNPs-RB fluorescence probe was used for the determination
                 of sex hormone content in skin care toner, the recovery rate of sex hormone was 95.00%~104.67% and
                 relative standard deviation was≤4.7%.
