                    1-(2-呋喃基)-3-苯基-2-丙烯-1-酮的合成与表征

                 摘要:以 2-乙酰呋喃和苯甲醛为原料,经碱催化发生 Claisen-Schmidt 缩合反应,合成了一种查尔酮类化合物 1-(2-
                 呋喃基)-3-苯基-2-丙烯-1-酮(FPPO)。在考察了各因素对缩合反应的影响后,采用响应面实验优化法探讨了反应
                 时间、氢氧化钾质量分数、n(苯甲醛)∶n(2-乙酰呋喃)对产物 FPPO 产率的影响。结果表明:当 n(苯甲醛)∶n(2-
                 乙酰呋喃)=1.47∶1、反应时间为 1 h、氢氧化钾质量分数为 5.75%时,产物 FPPO 产率为 63.3%,将相转移催化

                 剂聚乙二醇-400 (PEG-400) 6 g 加入反应体系后,FPPO 产率可达 88.5%。利用 UV、FTIR 和 HNMR 对其结构进
                 行了确证,同时利用荧光光谱仪、DSC 和 TGA 分别测试了 FPPO 的荧光性能和热稳定性。荧光性能测试结果显

                 示:FPPO 具有良好的荧光性能,当浓度为 1.0×10 mol/L 时,荧光强度为 3.13×10  a.u.;DSC 和 TGA 结果显示:
                 FPPO 具有较好的热稳定性,耐热温度约为 140  ℃。

                  Synthesis and Characterization of 1-(2-Furyl)-3-phenyl-2-propen-1-one

                 Abstract:  A  chalcone  compound,  1-(2-furyl)-3-phenyl-2-propen-1-one  (FPPO)  was  synthesized  by  a
                 Claisen-Schmidt  condensation  reaction  of  2-acetylfuran  and  benzaldehyde  in  the  presence  of  a  catalytic
                 amount of alkaline. After examining the effects of various factors on the condensation reaction, the effects
                 of reaction time, potassium hydroxide mass fraction and molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 2-acetyl furan on
                 the yield of product FPPO were investigated by response surface method. The optimum process parameters
                 were obtained as follows: n(benzaldehyde)∶n(2-acetylfuran)=1.47∶1, reaction time 1 h, and mass fraction
                 of potassium hydroxide 5.75%. Under these conditions, the yield of product FPPO was 63.3%. After 6 g
                 polyethylene glycol-400 (PEG-400) as phase transfer catalyst was added to the reaction system, the yield of

                 FPPO was up to 88.5%. The structure of FPPO was confirmed by UV, FTIR and HNMR. Meanwhile, the
                 fluorescence performance and thermal stability of FPPO were tested by fluorescence spectrometer, DSC
                 and TGA. The results showed that FPPO had good fluorescence performance and its fluorescence intensity

                 was  3.13×10 a.u.  with  the  concentration  of  1.0×10   mol/L.In  addition,  FPPO  exhibited  good  thermal
                 stability, and its heat resistant temperature was about 140  ℃.
